Below are links and websites which are free that students are
recommended to do at least 3-4 times a week. Students can keep a fitness log which is below or can make their own in any notebook. These are tough times, but getting a workout in will always make you feel better!

Nursery-1st Grade: Gonoodle is a great site for students of all ages it is totally free and all you have to do is make an account. Below I attached the link for the website. I recommend trying different channels on gonoodle such as : Maximo, Kidz Bop, and Flow. https://family.gonoodle.com/
