Letter Regarding Distance Learning: Technology Letter Distance Learning

Dear DWCA Families,

Being an educator is a never-ending learning process. I enjoy helping students conquer new skills and foster a nurturing learning environment. Prior to working as a teacher, I worked within the field of Landscape architecture. While working within the field of architecture I took part in the develop of many projects ranging from wetland restoration projects, hardscape design, aquaponics, amusement park design, and farmland restoration. Landscape architecture has exposed me to numerous programs such as AutoCAD, Rhino, coding, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/ InDesign, and ArcGIS. Moving forward I will teach students about how technology is a source to help our society and environment.

This year students will learn coding, typing, website design, navigation skills, app design, word processing programs, and presentation programs. I am very excited to teach the fantastic students at Divine Wisdom Catholic Academy!
